Dr. Shaun Vaz Viegas
Shaun was raised in Christchurch. He completed his studies at the University of Otago in 2021 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, and a Biomedical Science degree.
He has experience with medically complex patients and urgent care management from his time working in Christchurch Hospital as a Dental/Oral and Maxillofacial house surgeon.
Shaun enjoys the hands-on aspect of dentistry, holding himself to a very high standard. He enjoys in-depth conversations with his patients so that they are well informed throughout the process.
He is a passionate and gentle dentist who will do his best to reach the ideal outcome for you.
In his spare time, Shaun enjoys baking up a storm, playing sports like badminton, cricket and football and being in the outdoors.
