– You will usually have one hygiene appointment every 6 months.
– Hygiene treatments typically last between 45 to 60 minutes.

There are two distinct methods for achieving teeth whitening; in-practice whitening, which is performed by a licensed dentist or hygienist, and take-home whitening kits. Your dental professional can provide a recommendation regarding which option is best suited to your specific needs. It is essential to consult with a dental expert prior to embarking on any teeth whitening treatment to ensure that the most effective and safe approach is undertaken.

Take-home teeth whitening
Our clinic provides the Zoom Teeth Whitening System as a take-home whitening treatment. During the initial appointment, a dental professional will assess your teeth and take moulds to create customized trays that will fit your teeth perfectly. The complete whitening kit will be ready for collection within a few days. The kit comprises two custom-made trays (one for your upper teeth and one for your lower teeth), tubes of whitening gel, and user-friendly instructions.
Once you have the kit, you can administer the treatment by placing a small drop of gel in each tooth of your trays and then placing them onto your teeth. After the whitening session, rinse your trays and brush your teeth. Repeat the process over the next one to three weeks until you have achieved the desired level of whitening.

Philips Zoom! in-office whitening can help you achieve a smile that’s up to 8 shades whiter.
When you’re ready for teeth whitening, your dental professional will handle the next steps. First, they’ll prepare your mouth and apply advanced whitening gel to your teeth. To speed up the whitening process, a WhiteSpeed blue LED lamp will be shone onto your teeth. The lamp has variable settings to ensure your comfort during the process, and this step is repeated three times.
Once your desired shade is achieved, your dentist will apply post-treatment gel to help protect your enamel and reduce sensitivity. Before leaving, you will receive customised whitening trays and a take-home whitening kit included in the treatment's price. This way, you can top up the brightness of your smile whenever you want to.
