What Can You Expect?
After the extraction of one or more broken teeth, immediate implants are placed and buried under the gum. A new tooth will be placed on top of the implant at least three months after the surgery. This waiting period is necessary to ensure that the implant has fully integrated with the bone before it can support a new tooth. Following the surgery, you may experience some localized swelling and pain for a few days. This is a normal part of the healing process, and painkillers may be prescribed if necessary.

Am I eligible for immediate replacement?
Individuals who may be considered for immediate implant placement are those who exhibit adequate jawbone density, which can be evaluated via our 3D X-ray during the consultation. It is imperative that a consultation with one of our skilled dentists takes place initially, as they will conduct an in-depth examination and assessment of the patient’s specific situation to determine their suitability for immediate implant placement.
Waiting until one’s teeth fall out is not a requirement for implant consideration.
