FEES FOR GENERAL DENTAL TREATMENT
We’re happy to provide you with a general guide to our fees for dental treatment. When you visit our dental clinic in Titirangi, we’ll take the time to examine you and discuss the options before providing a detailed estimate.
We’re Southern Cross Easy Claim, WINZ, and ACC providers. We also offer Afterpay and Q Card.
DENTAL ASSESSMENTS
Our dental assessments start from $84.00, and we take pride in our thorough examinations which screen for all sorts of potential issues. We are happy to provide a written estimate on request for any recommended treatment options.
Dental x-rays start from $33 and range up to $400 for 3D CT imaging.
TOOTH EXTRACTIONS / REMOVAL
We regularly extract difficult impacted wisdom teeth including cases other clinics may not attempt. This is often done under sedation. We are happy to provide an estimate for this or review notes and x-rays you may have from another clinic.
We take extra care when removing teeth. Prices start from $320.00 for a single adult tooth extraction or from $180.00 for a single deciduous tooth (milk/baby tooth) extraction. Surgical tooth extractions range from $450.00 upwards.
If you need multiple teeth removed at the same appointment, we offer reduced rates.
ROOT CANALS
The cost of root canals varies from $850.00 to $1600.00, depending on the tooth and how many canals need treatment. If your root canal treatment is complex, we may refer you to a local endodontist, whose fees will vary. Restorations to repair the damaged tooth are a separate cost.
DENTAL HYGIENIST
Our dental hygienist services start from $206 and go up to $326 per appointment based on case difficulty and time required. Please note that to see the hygienist, you need to have seen a dentist within the past 24 months.
TOOTH FILLINGS
Our tooth fillings start from $290.00, and we take pride in using the latest techniques to improve their longevity. If you require multiple dental fillings in the same area of the mouth, we can often reduce the cost of subsequent fillings if they’re completed in the same appointment.
DENTAL CROWNS
Our ceramic dental crowns cost from $1840.00, and we take pride in offering a wide range of materials to choose from. Our local technicians help us achieve superior aesthetics and quality.
We are happy to offer discounted fees for multiple crowns completed together.
TOOTH WHITENING AND BLEACHING
We know how important it is to have a beautiful smile, which is why we offer in-chair and take-home teeth whitening systems using custom-made trays. Touch up tubes of whitening gel are only $30. Our professional services start from $549.00 and go up to $999.00. If you come in for regular hygiene treatment to maintain your new white smile, we even offer a free top-up whitening gel if requested at your next hygiene appointment.

CHILD OR ADOLESCANT DENTAL TREATMENT
We love seeing extended families including our young patients.
For adolescents from school Year 9 until their 18th birthday, please contact us to enrol your child and make an appointment.
Most dental treatment is provided free under the scheme. Some treatments require prior approval from the Ministry of Health, and those that are not covered can be paid for privately if necessary. It is best to talk to your dentist or OHT to discuss what treatment you require.
For children from birth to school Year 8, please contact Auckland Regional Dental Service on 0800 TALK TEETH to make an appointment.
We offer private treatment if preferred for our youngest patients.
